After nearly a decade of working in the Public Tax world, I decided to start my own firm. I took the knowledge I gained throughout the years and decided to do something a little crazy- To actually focus on client care.
I specialize in individual (1040’s) and business (S-Corp’s, Partnerships, C-Corps) taxation and consulting. I can handle engagements of practically any kind. I have experience with returns of all types, sizes, and nearly any industry- from your basic individual return to Ultra-High Net Worth tax clients, and from your normal “Mom & Pop” S-Corp/Partnership to a multi-tiered $100M+ company filing in 30+ states.
What sets me apart from other CPAs is that I focus on providing peace of mind to my clients through answering any and all questions, taking the time to explain the “Why’s” and “How’s”, and making sure they get every single deduction and credit they’re due. Tax strategy and optimization are my strong suits and I really do care about my clients wellbeing. When I hear that a client is finally able to get a good night’s sleep again, I know I’ve met my goal.
Here, I may work with numbers all day, but my clients are NEVER treated like numbers themselves.

In a previous life, I worked as a financial auditor at a top 20 accounting firm providing assurance services to companies ranging from “small” 500K insurance companies to $1B+ construction contractors, and dozens of companies in-between. After spending thousands of hours fixing the work product of various bookkeeping firms, I decided to leave the firm and start my own operation to provide actual quality financial accounting services. My specialization is as a “fixer,” which means I’m the one you call when your financials records are effectively unusable, and your auditor tells you “We can’t work with these records.”
As a fixer, I’ve worked on companies ranging from small 100K a year solopreneurs to $100M+ established operations. I’ve worked with QuickBooks Online, Freshbooks, Wave, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Zoho, Sage, and NetSuite (not including the custom accounting systems and governmental accounting systems that I’ve audited in the past). Regardless of your situation we can get your books in order so you can have peace of mind and know exactly how well your business is performing (and also get the auditors off your back).
I also provide and oversee our other financial accounting services, including payroll, monthly bookkeeping, GAAP implementation, contract CFO, financial audit preparation and assistance, internal controls analyses, and any other non-attest service you may require.
